Deliveries, Payments, and Refunds.

Delivery Dates

Please allow for delivery of your first unit/s to be affected +/- 4-6 weeks from date of written order.

This period will depend on our existing work in progress at the time of receiving your order.

We record that delays may occur which are beyond our control but assure you that every effort is made to complete orders within reasonable time frames.

The customer shall not be allowed to claim cancellation of the sale by the reason of late delivery, nor shall the customer be entitled to claim damages and / or penalties whether direct or consequential by reason of late delivery.

Payments

Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude 15% VAT.

Payment, 60% deposit on date of order, balance on day prior to delivery.
Transport prices are valid until the following statutory increases/decreases from local government following date of quote.

Quotation excludes any soft and hard furnishings and appliances unless stated.
C Box Containers & Modular Solutions reserves the right to:

Submit an invoice on completion of the manufactured goods, should the site not be ready to accept delivery of the unit/s.

Charge a storage fee of R10,50/m2/day, levied against unit/s not delivered or collected.

No Refunds / Cancellation

No Refund / Cancellation clause:
A cancellation fee of 15% of the contract price (providing materials had not yet been ordered for the project) will be charged if the project is canceled after we have received an order / appointment for the work required.
If materials had already been ordered for the project, the client will be liable for the cost thereof, in addition to the 15% cancellation fee.
Transporters will charge a 20% Cancellation & 50% Wastage Charge should transport be booked and cancelled last minute.
